Introducing My movement my identity program which based on Body conditioning with vast Physical tanning, D- conditioning of the mind, finding on identical movements, Breathing control and playfulness , site specific , opening emotional blockages and improvisation. This is a 10 days intensive residency workshop. In 10 days residency working on improving body lines and physical language with vast body conditioning physical training. With breathing controlling preparing Mind and organs playfulness with the breath. Exploration of the space energy with site specific, Opening emotional blockages with deep trance meditative technique and follow by exploring own identical movement’s with improvisation.
